Our written staging evaluation begins at the curb. We examine
and evaluate your entire home (inside and out) to provide a customized
list of recommended improvements for landscaping & exterior,
cleaning & de-cluttering, lightening & brightening, what
to pre-pack, furniture placement & traffic flow and other selling
enhancements that will help your real estate outshine the competition.
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
In addition to our written staging evaluation (see above),
we edit your belongings, redesign your rooms for showing
and recommend what to pre-pack in order to highlight your
home's positive features. Staging creates a look that is aesthetically
inviting, open to traffic flow and showcases your HOUSE rather than
your belongings.
VACANT HOME STAGING
Staging an empty property starts with our detailed written staging
evaluation. Then, based on your own individual budget, we
can help locate contractors for repair, painting or improvements,
monitor site progress, shop for furniture or select
rentals for particular rooms, oversee delivery, arrange
furnishings and minimally accessorize your property to provide
