Redesign:
$75 per hour
An average room redesign normally takes
3-5 hours. Additional time may be required for oversize rooms.
Real Estate Staging:
$75 per hour
All stagings begin with our comprehensive
written evaluation which can usually be approximated at one hour
per 1,000 square feet.
Occupied home stagings normally take a minimum
of 8-10 hours for an average 3 bedroom/2 bath home. Less time is
required for individual rooms while additional time is usually required
for larger homes or a greater-than-average volume of furniture.
Time required for vacant home stagings varies
by volume of furniture and accessories required and installed.
Consultation:
$75 per hour
Design consultations (for redesign, staging,
color/furnishing/accessory selection, etc.) begin with a one hour
minimum.
Shopping:
$50
per hour
Presentation:
Our design presentations and programs are
presented for free, except for material costs or mileage from Statesville.
When calling to schedule a presentation, please provide us with
your group size and meeting location for an estimate.
Seniors:
We are pleased to offer discounts to those
in need of assistance. Special rates are available only by pre-arrangement.
Payment:
Fees are due and payable at the end of the
consultation or upon completion of work. Travel charges may apply
for areas outside of Iredell County, North Carolina.
